TERMS & CONDOTIONS

By entering or participating in this redemption of free trial ("Free Trial") of Ecees range of contact lens ("Trial Lenses") organized by CooperVision Contact Lens (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“CVI”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions"). A Privacy Notice attached to or otherwise provided in connection with these Terms & Conditions should be regarded as part of these Free Trial Terms & Conditions.

• Upon scanning the relevant QR Code and successful registration with CVI through the My Lens Life microsite , you will receive an e-Voucher with instructions on how to redeem the Trial Lenses.
• Validity of the e-Voucher is as stated on the e-Voucher. Redemption of Trial Lenses after the validity period shall not be entertained.
• My Lens Life microsite, whom you have been corresponding with, is not a certified medical professional and is unable to provide medical advice. As contact lenses are medical devices, the user of the Trial Lenses will be subject to an eye examination by an eye care practitioner (and consultation fees may apply).

• Each participant may only make one redemption of the Trial Lenses.
• E-Voucher redemption for the Trial Lenses is only applicable at participating eye care practitioners’ outlets.
• Participants must be legal residents of Malaysia.
• Participants below the age of 18 years must seek parental consent before registering to redeem Trial Lenses.
• All information provided to CVI must be accurate. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (as deemed material by CVI) may affect participant’s eligibility to redeem the Trial Lenses. A participant may also be disqualified for redeeming the Trial Lenses if the Terms & Conditions are breached.
• Proof of identity and age of the participant may be required before the participant may proceed to redeem the Trial Lenses. Otherwise, participant(s) may be required to sign a written statement confirming their eligibility before redemption of Trial Lenses.
• Participants represent and warrant that your participation in the Free Trial:
  1. complies with all laws and does not contain any defamatory, offensive or unlawful content;
  2. does not infringe any third party rights (including intellectual property rights);
  3. complies with Facebook's term and conditions; and
  4. to the extent that your testimonial shared on Facebook contains any information of another individual (e.g., friends or family), you confirm that you have obtained such individual's consent for the use or disclosure of such information for the purposes of participating in the Free Trial.

• CVI, The Cooper Companies and CVI’s partners for this free trial shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Trial Lenses, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this Free Trial and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• CVI reserves the right to terminate the redemption of the Trial Lenses or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any modifications to the Terms and Conditions of the Free Trial, you agree that your continued participation in the Free Trial will constitute acceptance of such changes.
